Use published capability values to decide whether a design is worth submitting for review. Do not combine every minimum and maximum into an assumed production rule. Final feasibility, price, and schedule are confirmed from the actual data, construction, material, and quantity.
Current planning envelope
The website lists rigid PCB fabrication from 1 to 30 layers, down to 3/3 mil trace and space, 0.15 mm minimum mechanical drill, 0.10 mm minimum laser via, up to 4 oz inner and 8 oz outer copper, up to an 850 × 520 mm panel, and 0.15–7.0 mm finished thickness.
Why limits cannot be read independently
Copper weight changes etching and spacing. Finished thickness and hole size affect drilling and plating. Material affects lamination and fine features. Panel utilization, tolerances, via structure, test, and volume also influence the practical route.
- Submit the full design near a boundary
- Identify the features that cannot change
- Allow engineering to propose alternatives only where permitted
- Require written confirmation before design release
Next useful step
Final capability, commercial terms, and project records are confirmed against the actual RFQ and written project documents.
