Incoming material control
Material identity, condition and project requirements are checked before release.
CAM and DFM review
Files, stack-up, feature limits, vias and test requirements are reviewed before routing.
In-process inspection
AOI and process checks are applied at the stages defined by the construction.
Electrical testing
Flying probe, fixture or four-wire testing is selected according to the agreed plan.
Targeted verification
Impedance measurement, line-width checks, microsection or TG testing may be specified.
Final release

Project records
Define the evidence before production.
Depending on the agreed build and control plan, the project package may include electrical-test records, impedance measurements, microsection results, material declarations or a certificate of conformance. Availability is confirmed in writing at quotation.

Identify the IPC class, test method, reporting format and any customer-specific controls.
