Depending on the agreed construction and control plan, a project package may include electrical-test records, impedance measurements, microsection results, material declarations, or a certificate of conformance. Availability is not automatic; confirm each required record, format, lot relationship, and delivery point in writing at quotation.
Define the evidence
Name the record and what decision it supports. A generic request for a full report package can leave scope, sampling, and acceptance unclear.
- Record or certificate name
- Applicable standard, drawing note, or customer procedure
- Lot, panel, coupon, or serial relationship
- Sampling plan and acceptance criteria
- Raw data, summary, signed certificate, or customer-template format
- Required delivery timing and retention expectation
Include it in the quotation
Reports, coupons, destructive testing, special samples, serialization, and customer portals may affect process and commercial scope. Confirm them before production release.
Next useful step
Final capability, commercial terms, and project records are confirmed against the actual RFQ and written project documents.
